Pizza calzone with spinach

Fresh spinach should be washed, dried, and trimmed. Then boil in salted boiling water for 2 minutes. After that, drain the water. If the spinach is frozen, let it thaw in salted boiling water, then remove and let it cool.
- Spinach: 200 g
- Salt: to taste

Mix two types of flour and salt. Add olive oil and mix until the mixture is homogeneous. Then gradually add water and knead a firm dough that should not stick to your hands. If necessary, add flour to achieve the desired dough. Let the dough rest covered with a towel.
- Whole grain flour: 150 g
- Rye flour: 100 g
- Salt: to taste
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Water: 70 ml

Meanwhile, heat the pan. Add some vegetable oil, whole garlic, and a bit of pepper (optional), then add the spinach that has drained water to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat. Then let the vegetables cool down. Optionally, add finely chopped tofu to the spinach.
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Spinach: 200 g
- Tofu: 50 g

Roll the dough into a circle a few mm thick. Place the filling on one half of the disk, leaving about 1 cm to pinch the edges. Cover the filling with the other half of the pizza disk and pinch the edges, folding them upwards.

Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Ready pizza can be served warm or cold.
