Pizza in a frying pan with vegetables and tofu

Mix flour and starter, gradually add water, salt, oil, and sugar. Knead an elastic dough from all the ingredients. Let it rise in a warm place for 2-3 hours, covered with a towel.
- Whole grain flour: 500 g
- Wheat sourdough: 100 g
- Water: 400 ml
- Salt: 10 g
- Olive oil: 140 ml
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons

Meanwhile, slice the zucchini into rounds and sauté them in vegetable oil over low heat, previously salted. Stir the zucchini occasionally. When they are almost ready, add 2 tablespoons of water mixed with 1 teaspoon of curry to the pan. Cook the zucchini until tender.
- Zucchini: 4 pieces
- Olive oil: 140 ml
- Salt: 10 g
- Water: 400 ml
- Curry: 1 teaspoon

When the dough has risen, take a pan and grease it well with olive oil. Divide the dough into two parts and evenly spread one half in the pan. Place the second part of the pizza dough in the second pan. Cover the pans with lids and let them rest for another 30 minutes.
- Olive oil: 140 ml

After that, turn on the heat under the pans and simmer the dough over medium heat for 20 minutes with the lid closed. Five minutes before it's done, generously coat the surface of the pizzas with tomato sauce and cover them again with lids.
- Tomato sauce: 100 g

Once the pizzas are ready, top them with finely chopped zucchini and tofu.
