Pour flour and seeds into a deep container. Add salt (plus your favorite spices).
- Wheat flour: 4 glasss
- Sunflower seeds: 2 glasss
- Salt: 2 teaspoons

Mix the fermented cabbage juice with hot water (50 degrees) and pour it into the flour.
- Rejuvelac: 200 ml
- Water: 1 glass

Dissolve the soda in hot water and pour it into the flour. Mix everything until it reaches a thick sour cream consistency.
- Soda: 1 teaspoon
