Knead a firm dough for pizza and let it rise in a warm place for 2-3 hours, covered with a towel.
- Wheat sourdough: 50 g
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Water: 150 ml

Clean the vegetables and chop them coarsely. Steam them for about 15 minutes or fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Zucchini: 1 piece
- Potato: 1 piece
- Spinach: 100 g
- Champignons: 50 g
- Cauliflower: 4 pieces
- Frozen green peas: 60 g

Roll out the dough and spread tomato sauce on it, placing vegetables on top. Sprinkle everything with oregano and send the pizza to an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
