Perhaps experienced pizzaiolos will laugh at this recipe, but for now this recipe is the surest way to enjoy homemade pizza without bothering with the dough. In fact, only the shape remains from the pizza. The dough is yeasty , and its thickness resembles pancake dough. Naturally, you can experiment with the filling, and we offer a win-win option: tomato sauce, salami, mozzarella and basil.

1
Mix yeast with sugar and warm water using a whisk, let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Dry yeast: 4 g
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Water: 200 ml

2
Add salt and flour, knead the dough. It should be runny, like for pancakes. Finally, add olive oil and mix. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm spot without drafts for 40 minutes.
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 135 g
- Olive oil: 1 teaspoon

3
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the soaked batter and cook for 10-15 minutes, covered. The top should set slightly, and the bottom should be lightly golden.

4
Sprinkle the dough with semolina and flip it over. Brush the toasted crust with pizza sauce, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, and top with thinly sliced sausage. Lower the heat, cover the pan with a lid, and fry for 15–20 minutes.
- Semolina flour: 1 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce for pizza: 90 ml
- Mozzarella Cheese for Pizza: 60 g
- Salami: 40 g

5
Transfer the finished pizza to a board and garnish with basil leaves.
- Green basil: to taste
