Pasta Bolognese with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Pasta Bolognese with sun-dried tomatoes is an elegant blend of classic Italian flavor with the rich depth of dried tomatoes. Originating from Bologna, this sauce is traditionally made with ground meat, aromatic onions, garlic, and tomatoes, creating a rich texture. Sun-dried tomatoes add sweet notes, enhancing the flavor. Served with freshly cooked linguine and topped with grated Parmesan.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and place them in a hot pan greased with olive oil. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Onion: 150 g
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Add the minced meat to the onion and garlic, mix, and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir a couple of times during cooking.
- Ground meat: 500 g

Add salt, pepper, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: 1 teaspoon

Chop the canned tomatoes. Add the canned and dried tomatoes to the minced meat, mix, cover the pan with a lid, and cook for another 5 minutes. The sauce is ready.
- Sun-dried tomatoes in oil: 100 g

Boil the spaghetti. For this, place the spaghetti in boiling salted water and cook until done.
- Linguine Pasta: 400 g

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 50 g

Place the cooked spaghetti on a plate, top with sauce, and generously sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
