Mix flour, semolina, salt, sugar, olive oil, and dry yeast in a bowl. Gradually add water and mix all ingredients until smooth. Place the dough on the table and knead for 15-20 minutes. Put the dough back in the bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and leave in a warm place for 2 hours.

Grate two types of cheese on a coarse grater. Slice the sausage and bacon into thin slices. Cut the olives into rings and the pepper into thin strips.

- Bacon: 100 g
- Olive: 30 g

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm, add the sauce, and spread it over the entire surface without touching the edges. Place cheese, sausage, bacon, and sweet pepper. Add olives and sprinkle with more cheese on top.
