Cheese and mushroom pouches are an exquisite dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of meat, the creamy taste of melted cheese, and the spiciness of garlic-marinated mushrooms. This treat is perfect for a festive dinner or a cozy family evening. The dish's history traces back to the tradition of roasting meat in its own juices, preserving its juiciness and rich flavor. Secured with toothpicks, the cutlets turn into small pouches that hide a fragrant filling inside. During baking, the cheese melts and mixes with the mushrooms, creating a creamy texture and deep flavor. Served hot, it can be accompanied by a fresh salad or potatoes. This dish not only delights the palate but also surprises with its impressive presentation, turning an ordinary dinner into a gastronomic event.

- Processed cheese: 300 g
- Pickled mushrooms: 300 g
- Garlic: 4 cloves

5
Place in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and let it brown for about 10-15 minutes.
