Grilled Beef Ribs

Grilled beef ribs are a true delight for meat lovers. This recipe, inspired by Russian cooking traditions, combines deep spice flavors with tender braised meat. Marinated in a spicy mix of cayenne pepper, ginger, and garlic, the ribs gain rich zestiness. Long cooking in sous vide makes them extraordinarily soft, allowing each piece to literally melt in your mouth. The final grilling adds an appetizing caramelized crust, while barbecue sauce imparts subtle sweet-smoky notes. A garnish of basil and cilantro refreshes the taste, while pink Himalayan salt and black pepper highlight all the meat's nuances. This dish is perfect for a cozy evening with friends or a family celebration accompanied by a glass of red wine.
