Take the dough out of the freezer, remove from packaging, and place on a floured surface for 15-20 minutes.
- Puff pastry: 500 g
- Wheat flour: 200 g

Place the minced meat in a microwave-safe dish. Add 4 tablespoons of Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix and microwave at 600 watts for 10-15 minutes. Stir the minced meat once or twice during cooking.

Peel the zucchini, chop finely, and place in a microwave-safe dish. Add the remaining spices and 200 ml of water. Mix and cook in the microwave at 600 watts for 10-15 minutes. Stir the zucchini during cooking as well.

While the filling cools, divide the dough into parts in a ratio of about eight to two. Roll out the larger part to cover the bottom and sides of the baking dish. Grease the dish with olive oil and place the dough inside.

Break the cooked minced meat into small crumbs with a fork. Carefully drain the water from the zucchini, remembering that they are very hot.

Layer the filling: half zucchini, then half minced meat, half cream, half mozzarella, and repeat the same a second time.

Roll out the remaining dough, cover the filling with it, then brush with olive oil and carefully make 6 small holes in the pie lid.

Bake in the oven at 160–170 degrees for 30–40 minutes or until the lid is browned and mozzarella starts bubbling in the holes.
