Grease the baking tray with sunflower oil and evenly spread the minced meat on it. Sprinkle with spices.

Slice the potatoes, onions, and tomatoes into thin rings. On top of the meat, first layer the onions, then the tomatoes, and finally the potatoes in even layers.

Spread mayonnaise in a thin layer over the potatoes. Grate most of the cheese and sprinkle on top.
