Asian Style Salmon Fillet

70 minutes
Asian-style salmon fillet is a refined dish of Pan-Asian cuisine that harmoniously combines the rich flavor of fish with spicy Eastern notes. The recipe's origins trace back to Japanese and Chinese gastronomy traditions, where marinades based on soy sauce and rice vinegar give the fish an amazing depth of flavor. The soft and tender salmon absorbs the aromas of garlic, red pepper, and sesame oil, while frying in butter adds a light caramelization. Sprinkled with sesame seeds, it becomes not only appetizing but also elegant in appearance. This dish pairs wonderfully with rice or a fresh vegetable garnish and makes an excellent choice for a dinner full of rich taste sensations.
