Cordon Bleu

A wonderful dish, which despite all its intricacy is not at all difficult to make. To prepare cordon bleu, you need to have patience, as you will have to carefully cut and beat the chicken fillet, and you also need to have a good taste of cheese, which is hidden in the depths of the cutlet along with the ham. We have tested this recipe many times, so we also want to advise you to take the choice of ham seriously - here its taste is noticeable.

1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2
Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise and open it like a book.

3
Cover with plastic wrap and pound.

4
Place thin slices of ham and cheese on the fillet.
- Ham: 70 g
- Swiss cheese: 70 g

5
Seal the fillet so the cheese doesn't leak. Tightly wrap the chicken in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Chicken fillet: 2 pieces

6
After 1 hour, coat the rolls in flour. Then dip in beaten egg.
- Wheat flour: 100 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

7
Coat with breadcrumbs.
- Breadcrumbs: 100 g

8
Fry the chicken on both sides in vegetable oil so that the rolls are half submerged in it.
- Vegetable oil: 500 ml

9
Then place on paper towels to get rid of excess fat.

10
In a preheated oven at 180 degrees, cook the fillet for 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of the fillet.
