Prepare a dish for baking.

Cut the salmon fillet into 3-4 cm cubes and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
- Salmon fillet: 500 g

Cut the potatoes into 3-4 cm cubes. Place in a deep dish, add salt, pepper, oil, and mix. Fry in a pan over high heat until half cooked. Transfer to a baking dish.

- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

Dip the broccoli in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain in a separate plate. Place in a baking dish.
