Thoroughly wash and dry the chicken legs. Then rub with salt and pepper. Leave for 10-15 minutes.

Heat a pan with vegetable oil, place the chicken legs, and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side. Cover for the last 5 minutes.

To prepare the sour cream sauce, mix sour cream with water in a 1:1 ratio, then add salt, pepper, and spices to taste (this version included salt, pepper, coriander, Italian herbs, and 1 tablespoon of satsabeli).

Once the legs are fried on all sides, add the onion to the pan and gently stir. Fry for another 3-5 minutes until the onion is soft.
