Picanha steak, named after the cut: rump steak. Very popular now in Moscow meat establishments - from the alternative steaks section. Brazil's first contribution to our "Golden Thousand.

Chop the garlic.
- Garlic: 3 cloves

Mix it with salt until it becomes a paste.

Coat the meat with garlic paste, drizzle with lemon juice, and let it marinate for one to two hours.

Wipe the marinated meat with a paper towel.

Grease the meat with olive oil.
- Olive oil: 50 ml

Quickly sear the meat on a grill pan on each side until browned.

Cut the roasted piece of meat into thick steaks.

Salt and pepper each one.

Grill them in a skillet on both sides.

Let the cooked meat rest for 5 minutes, slice it thinly, and serve.
