This recipe is an ode to Italian cuisine where simplicity transforms into exquisite flavor. Quick pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and capers is a harmony of Mediterranean ingredients offering rich, tangy, and slightly salty notes. Sun-dried tomatoes add a sweet-spicy depth to the sauce, capers and olives provide a piquant expressiveness, while garlic fills the dish with a rich aroma. Farfalle pasta perfectly holds this sauce, immersing each 'butterfly' in a thick, velvety mass. The finishing touch is delicate parmesan that melts around the pasta with softness. This dish will not only delight you at dinner but also serve as an excellent option for a quick yet elegant gathering of guests. Italian cuisine at its best—simple yet refined!
