Spaghetti with salmon in sour cream sauce

20 minutes
Spaghetti with salmon in a creamy sauce is a harmonious blend of tender seafood and the creamy texture of Italian pasta. This recipe is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, where fresh ingredients and natural flavors play a key role. Salmon gently simmered in a mixture of sour cream and rich homemade cream is infused with dill aroma, creating the perfect balance between richness and freshness. Spaghetti cooked al dente absorbs the creamy sauce, transforming into a dish that delights every taste bud. Perfect for a romantic dinner or cozy family lunch, this dish embodies comfort and elegance in cooking.

1
Boil spaghetti in a large pot. Without olive oil, but in salted water. Cook to preference, al dente or fully cooked.
- Spaghetti: 200 g
- Sea salt: to taste
2
Pour sour cream (or like me - a mixture of sour cream and rich homemade cream, 3 tablespoons of each) into a heated pan. Bring to a boil.
- Sour cream: 50 g
- Cream: 50 ml
3
Immerse the diced fish (1x1 cm) in boiling sour cream, season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped dill, cook for 5 minutes, and remove from heat.
- Fish: 200 g
- Sea salt: to taste
- Dill: 1 bunch
4
Strain the pasta and transfer it to the pan, cover with a lid, and while they merge in ecstasy and fill each other with flavors - quickly prepare a salad of tomatoes and two types of basil.
