Grilled salmon with herbs

Grilled salmon with herbs is a refined dish that reflects the spirit of Italian cuisine. The tender salmon fillet infused with the aromas of fresh herbs, lemon, and spices acquires a unique flavor. The grilling method using newspaper is an original approach that helps retain the fish's juiciness and fully reveal its taste. The combination of parsley, dill, and tarragon adds freshness to the dish, while lemon provides a light tanginess. This is an ideal dish for summer outdoor dinners, friendly gatherings, or romantic evenings. Salmon, rich in beneficial Omega-3 fatty acids, makes this treat not only delicious but also nutritious. It is served hot straight from the grill and pairs wonderfully with fresh vegetables or light white wine.
