Pour sunflower oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl.
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Cut the neck into rectangles of 3 centimeters in length and place them at the bottom of the bowl.

Peel the carrots and slice them into rings, then place them on top of the meat.

Pour water into a bowl, add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix.
