We cut the turkey and vegetables into large portion pieces.
- Turkey fillet: 200 g
- Tomatoes: 60 g
- Zucchini: 60 g
- Eggplants: 60 g
- Sweet pepper: 60 g
- Leek: 40 g

Skew the turkey and vegetables evenly on the skewers.

Pour vegetable oil into a heated pan, place all the skewers, cover with a lid and fry for 4 minutes. Then remove the lid, turn the skewers and cook for 6 minutes. Next, reduce the heat and drizzle with teriyaki sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes.
