    Chop nuts, 3-4 pinches of breadcrumbs, onion, hard cheese, and egg (the egg can be added directly to the filling if desired) using a blender. Mix everything well.

    We add the resulting mixture to the minced meat. We salt and pepper it. We mix everything well.

    Cover the container with minced meat with a lid and place it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, we prepare a tray and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. This will make it faster and easier to coat the small patties.

    After 15-20 minutes, we take the container with minced meat out of the refrigerator. We lightly grease our hands with vegetable oil and start shaping our cutlets.
