Slice the potatoes into circles 3-4 mm thick. Grease the baking tray with sunflower oil, place the potatoes on it, and season with salt and pepper. Ideally, the layer of potatoes should not exceed 2 cm. (Adjust the amount of potatoes according to the size of your tray).

Chop the onion into small cubes and place it on the potatoes.

Thaw small peeled boiled shrimp and layer them next.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and evenly distribute them over the shrimp.
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces

Mix mayonnaise, adjika, and garlic (it can be either dried ground or pressed garlic). Evenly distribute the resulting mixture over the tomatoes.
- Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
- Adjika: 0.5 teaspoon

Grate the cheese and place it on top of the sauce.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Once the cheese is browned, the dish is ready.
