Dorada marinated with herbs is a true gastronomic masterpiece of European cuisine. This recipe combines the freshness of sea fish with the aroma of greens, the delicacy of white wine, and the gentle acidity of lemon. Historically, dorada was highly valued for its tender, slightly sweet meat, and marinating with herbs makes it even richer and more refined. The cooking process blends the tenderness of apple, the spiciness of garlic, and a refreshing note of parsley to create a harmonious flavor. After marination, the fish is fried to an appetizing golden crust while retaining its inner juiciness. This exquisite recipe is perfect for a romantic dinner or festive table, and its aroma and taste will provide true pleasure.
