Chicken rolls with feta cheese are a refined dish that embodies the best features of European cuisine. Tender chicken fillet infused with the aromas of lemon juice and spices becomes the perfect canvas for a spicy filling of feta, garlic, and green onions. Baking gives the rolls a delightful crispy crust, while melted cheese makes them even more appetizing. This dish is suitable for both a cozy family dinner and a festive table. The ease of preparation and richness of flavor make the rolls a true find for lovers of juicy and aromatic meat dishes.

1
Cut the chicken fillet into 2 pieces (removing the thin part first). Pound it (but not to holes). Season each pounded fillet with salt, pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Chicken fillet: 4 pieces
- Lemon juice: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
2
Now let's prepare the filling: finely chop the onion. Press 2 cloves of garlic and mix with the onion. Add 200 grams of feta cheese to the onion and garlic and mix well.
- Green onions: 20 g
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Feta cheese: 230 g
3
Place a little (1-1.5 teaspoons) cheese filling on each beaten fillet. Roll it up and secure the edges with a toothpick.
4
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add a whole chili pepper and a clove of garlic (can be sliced thinly). Heat for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the garlic and pepper.
- Vegetable oil: to taste
- Red chili pepper: 1 piece
- Garlic: 3 cloves
5
Fry the rolls in the oil (where garlic and pepper were fried) for 3 minutes on high heat on both sides until lightly golden.
- Vegetable oil: to taste
6
Place the fried rolls in a heatproof dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Bake the rolls for 20-30 minutes until a nice cheese crust forms.
