Preheat the oven to 170°C. Bake the almonds on a baking sheet for 10 minutes. While the almonds are baking, stir them once.
- Almond: 50 g

Mix water, prunes, dried apricots, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, salt, oil, and quinoa in a medium-sized pot. Cook over medium heat.
- Water: 3 glasss
- Dates: 60 g
- Apricots: 50 g
- Ground cardamom: 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground ginger: 0.3 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Vegetable oil: 1.5 glass

Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 25 minutes or until the water is fully absorbed.
