Cod fillet cutlets are a refined and delicate dish of European cuisine that captivates with its soft flavor and subtle aromas of dill and garlic. Cod, known for its lightness and health benefits, transforms into juicy cutlets thanks to the combination of selected white bread, milk, and eggs. Fried to a golden crust, they are crispy on the outside while remaining tender inside. This dish pairs perfectly with fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a light sauce. Historically, fish cutlets emerged as an exquisite alternative to meat ones, especially in regions where fish held an important place in culinary traditions. They are suitable for both cozy family dinners and festive gatherings.
