Baked potato in a rustic style is a simple yet incredibly delicious dish that comes from deep European traditions. The root vegetable, baked with aromatic spices and a crispy crust, evokes memories of warm family dinners. Young potatoes cut into wedges are enriched with a mix of basil, oregano, and Italian herbs before being baked to golden tenderness. A delicate balance of black and red pepper adds a slight spiciness to the dish, while the oil makes it appetizing and juicy. This potato is the perfect side for meat or fish but can also be enjoyed on its own by dipping a piece in sour cream sauce. With each bite, you feel the warmth of home and the coziness of a village kitchen.
