Peel the pineapple and cut it into cubes. You should get about 300-350 grams of pulp.

Place the meat in the pan with the marinade. Mix it. Add pineapple, mix, and cook covered over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is done. Don't overcook the meat to avoid it becoming dry.
