    Onion - cut into thin half-rings. Garlic - julienne. Ginger - peel and grate finely. Carrot - julienne (best with a slicer). Bell pepper - julienne. Tomato - try to julienne. Chili pepper - into rings (half the pepper). Chicken fillet - into slices or just medium cut.
