Rice with vegetables and chicken in soy sauce is a dish that combines the tenderness of chicken fillet, aromatic vegetables, and the rich flavor of soy sauce. Onion - cut into thin half-rings. Garlic - julienne. Ginger - peel and grate finely. Carrot - julienne (best with a slicer). Bell pepper - julienne. Tomato - try to julienne. Chili pepper - into rings (half the pepper). Chicken fillet - into slices or just medium cut.
- White onion: 1 piece
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Grated ginger: 7 g
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Fresh red pepper: 1 piece

We cook rice in a 1/2.5 ratio, add salt to taste, and after boiling — simmer for 20 minutes. Add butter.
- Rice: 200 g

Heat the pan, add olive oil, then add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger.

When the onion turns golden and the garlic hasn't burned, we add the chicken fillet.
- Chicken fillet: 600 g

Simmer for 5 minutes — add cream, salt, and pepper to taste
- Cream 20%: 35 g

When the chicken turns white, we add carrot, 2 types of pepper, and tomato.
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Fresh red pepper: 1 piece

Don't forget to stir everything after each step and cover with a lid for stewing.

20-30 minutes, add 3-5 tablespoons of soy sauce, just don't oversalt! + Italian herbs and green onions (to taste :) )
