Oven-baked potatoes are a classic of European cuisine, embodying the warmth and comfort of home. This recipe originates from the traditions of simple village dishes where natural ingredients and slow cooking are essential. The golden, crispy crust and soft, aromatic center create a harmony of textures and flavors. Baked potatoes are enriched with butter, revealing their tenderness and adding a rich taste. Sea salt highlights the natural notes of the tuber, while the baking process transforms it into an appetizing treat that can be served as a standalone dish or as a side to meat and fish. Perfect for cozy family dinners or as a hearty snack.
