This bright and fragrant rice with lemon and chili is a true celebration of flavor! European cuisine is renowned for its harmonious blend of fresh ingredients, and this recipe is no exception. Lemon juice adds a refreshing tang to the dish, while cashews provide a pleasant texture. The heat from green and red chili peppers gives a light spiciness, and butter makes the rice tender and velvety. The dish is perfect as a standalone or as a side to meat and fish. Parsley and coriander enhance the flavor, making it even richer. This combination of ingredients creates a balance between freshness, spiciness, and softness, turning ordinary rice into a gastronomic delight.
