Soft fried rice is a refined blend of European culinary traditions and Eastern flavors. This dish combines the tenderness of scrambled eggs, the juiciness of chicken and pork, as well as the aroma of seafood and vegetables. Cooked in a hot pan with peanut and sesame oil, the rice acquires a silky texture and rich flavor, complemented by the spiciness of soy sauce and warmth of spices. Its roots trace back to an era when cultural and gastronomic fusions created masterpieces accessible to all. Garnishing with cilantro adds freshness and a finishing touch of elegance to the dish. Soft fried rice is perfect for a cozy family dinner or festive gathering where everyone can enjoy the harmony of tastes and aromas.

Heat a round pan (preferably with a convex bottom for easier cooking) over high heat until it starts to smoke, then add peanut oil. Whisk the eggs well and let them sit for 2 minutes. Gently stir everything using a wooden spoon. Then add the fried pork and chicken to the pan and mix well, frying for just under a minute. It's best to mix the shrimp with the vegetables right away.
