Roast chicken is a classic dish of European cuisine that combines simplicity in preparation with rich flavor. Juicy, aromatic, and with a golden crust, it becomes the centerpiece of any table. Historically, roasted chicken has been a symbol of home comfort and festive gatherings. A marinade of garlic, basil, and paprika gives the meat a rich taste with spicy notes while roasting makes it incredibly tender. This dish is perfect for family dinners as well as special occasions. It can be served with roasted vegetables, potatoes or fresh green salads, complemented by light wine or natural sauces. Oven-roasted chicken is a gastronomic classic tested by time.
