We wash and cut the chicken into small strips
- Chicken drumstick: 750 g

Fry the strips in a small amount of sunflower oil over high heat until golden brown. DO NOT ADD SALT. Once ready, place on a plate.

We wash all the vegetables. We cut: bell pepper into strips, carrot into circles (or sticks), onion into half rings, and chop the garlic finely.

In the pan, first fry the onion and carrot from the chicken, then when the onion softens, add all the other vegetables (including frozen ones) and cook until the bell pepper is soft. Again, DO NOT ADD SALT.

- Green beans (frozen): 150 g
- Frozen green peas: 150 g

Put the chicken back in the pan (with the vegetables) and pour soy sauce over everything (to taste... don't overdo it! I add about 80-100 ml). Add pepper, your favorite spices (some dried herbs won't hurt) and simmer everything on low heat, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes.
