40 minutes
Hawaiian-style grilled chicken with pineapple is a harmony of sweet and salty notes that conveys the atmosphere of sunny Hawaiian shores. Inspired by American culinary traditions with an exotic twist, this recipe features tender chicken breast marinated in a fragrant mix of pineapple juice, soy sauce, and spices. After marinating, the meat is grilled to a golden crust, acquiring a rich flavor with caramel undertones. Grilled pineapple rings add juiciness and a hint of acidity as the finishing touch. The dish pairs excellently with rice, harmoniously highlighting the balance of flavor nuances.
