Place the minced meat in a deep bowl. Add an egg.
- Minced meat: 600 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Chop the cauliflower in a blender into small pieces (not puree). Add to the minced meat.
- Cauliflower: 300 g

Slice the champignons. If the mushrooms are frozen, thaw them, squeeze out the moisture, and cut the large ones. Add to the minced meat.
- Champignons: 100 g

Add dried red pepper, corn, spices to taste, and don't forget about salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
- Dried red pepper: pinch
- Frozen corn: 0.5 glass
- Seasonings: to taste

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (optional). Place the filling in the dish and level it. Brush the top of the pie with tomato paste. Sprinkle dry herbs (marjoram, oregano, etc.) on top.

Place in a preheated oven at 200˚C for 30-35 minutes, turn on the grill for another 3 minutes.
