Citrus grilled chicken

50 minutes
Citrus grilled chicken is a harmonious blend of refreshing tartness and rich aromas of Pan-Asian cuisine. This recipe is rooted in the tradition of marinating meat in natural juices, allowing the chicken to absorb fresh citrus notes of lemon, lime, and orange. Worcestershire sauce adds depth to the flavor, giving the dish a piquancy, while garlic adds a hint of spice. After marination, the meat becomes incredibly tender, and grilling gives it an appetizing golden crust. This dish is perfect for warm summer evenings and friendly gatherings, pairing well with light salads or rice. Try it with refreshing white wine or fruit lemonade to highlight the rich palette of flavors.
