Bacon-wrapped fish is the embodiment of American cuisine, combining the tenderness of seafood with the rich flavor of crispy bacon. This combination hails from the traditions of the southern states of the USA, where meat and fish are often baked with aromatic herbs. Thyme adds light spicy notes that pair wonderfully with bacon and fish, creating a harmony of flavors. The dish is juicy thanks to the butter, while the bacon forms a golden crust that gives an appetizing texture. Bacon-wrapped fish is perfect for both family dinners and festive gatherings. It can be served with vegetables, potatoes, or fresh bread. The simplicity of preparation and exquisite taste make this recipe universal and beloved among gourmets.
