Grilled chicken wings

Grilled chicken wings are an iconic dish of American cuisine, especially popular among barbecue lovers. Their history traces back to legendary Buffalo, where spicy chicken wings were first made. However, this recipe offers a more refined interpretation by combining the tenderness of chicken meat with a zesty marinade of Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Marinating gives the wings a rich flavor while grilling creates a delicious caramelized crust. These wings are perfect for cozy gatherings with friends or family dinners and are served with sauces and fresh vegetables. The unforgettable balance of sweetness, spiciness, and smoky aroma makes them a favorite choice for summer picnics and parties.
