Bring water to a boil in a pot. Boil the pork for 5 minutes, drain the water, and cut the meat in half.
- Pork: 1.5 kg

Pour oil into a pot and place it over high heat. Sauté finely chopped ginger and onion until softened, then add cloves, cumin, fennel, anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon sticks. Cook until fragrant. Add pork, sugar, pour in broth, and soy sauce (light and dark).
- Peanut butter: 2 tablespoons
- Ginger: 100 g
- Onion: 1 head
- Ground cloves: 2 teaspoons
- Ground cumin: 1 teaspoon
- Ground fennel seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Anise (star anise): 5 piece
- Bay leaf: 4 pieces
- Cinnamon sticks: 3 pieces
- Pork: 1.5 kg
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Chicken broth: 2 glasss
- Light soy sauce: 1 glass
- Dark soy sauce: 3 tablespoons

Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 1 1/2 hours. Place the cooked pork on a platter and keep warm. Simmer the sauce over low heat, stirring until half of the liquid evaporates and it thickens. Pour the finished sauce over the pork.

Boil water in a small pot and add salt. Cook the spinach for 1-2 minutes, drain the water and place it on plates with pork. Garnish with cilantro, carrots, bell peppers, or shallots. Serve with pre-cooked white rice. Enjoy your meal!
