Chicken breast roll-ups with cheese are an elegant and simple dish inspired by Italian traditions. Italians are known for their ability to combine delicate textures and rich aromas, and this recipe fully reflects their culinary philosophy. The thinly pounded chicken breast infused with spices wraps around soft, melted cheese, creating a harmony of flavors. The crispy golden-brown coating adds an appetizing crunch to the dish. These roll-ups are perfect for a cozy family dinner or a festive table. They pair wonderfully with vegetable sides, fresh salads, or spicy sauces. The tender meat, juiciness of the cheese, and crunchy breadcrumb layer make the roll-ups an unforgettable gastronomic delight.

1
Cut the chicken breasts into medium-thick slices (about half a centimeter) lengthwise.
- Chicken breast: 3 pieces
2
Pound each slice, season with salt and pepper, lightly grate, and evenly season with curry or any other spice you prefer.
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Curry: to taste
3
Cut the cheese into sticks approximately 0.5 by 0.5 cm.
- Cheese: 100 g
4
Place a piece of cheese on a slice of chicken and roll it up; if possible, tuck in the edges of the roll. The cheese should not stick out of the roll, or it will leak out quickly.
5
Beat 3 eggs lightly and add salt. Pour breadcrumbs onto a plate. Heat a pan and pour vegetable oil into it. Dip the resulting rolls first in breadcrumbs (especially the edges, to seal better), then in eggs, then again in breadcrumbs, and place them in the pan. Fry on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Breadcrumbs: 1 glass
