Korean-style beef is a true embodiment of Korea's flavor traditions, combining the tenderness of meat with a richness of aromas. This recipe originates from Korean cuisine where marinades play a key role. Thinly sliced meat is soaked in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and spices, acquiring a rich, slightly sweet flavor with spicy notes. Grilling gives the dish a special texture—it remains juicy but with a light crispy crust. Korean beef is served with green lettuce leaves and sesame seeds, making it not only tasty but also healthy. This dish is perfect for a cozy family dinner or an impressive presentation for guests, highlighting Korea's rich gastronomic culture.
