Pour the pasta into a large pot and cover with boiling water. Add salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Use a blender to turn canned tomatoes into puree, set aside.

In a large skillet or pot, heat olive oil and butter. When the butter melts, add onion and pepper, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking while stirring. Add garlic, oregano, red pepper, and half of the chopped parsley and cook for about a minute until fragrant.

Clear a space in the center of the skillet and add the minced meat. Increase the heat. Sauté the meat, breaking up large chunks with a wooden spatula. Cook for about 4 minutes and add the tomato puree. Bring to a boil.

Add the pasta to the meat with sauce, pour in Worcestershire sauce and chicken broth, and mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid and simmer for half the time indicated on the pasta package.

Remove the lid and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add half of the mozzarella cheese and mix. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and half of the parmesan on top. Cover and cook for another 3 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
