Armenian-style fried beef meatballs with vegetables are a vibrant, spicy dish that combines juicy beef with aromatic spices and fresh vegetables. Despite the Armenian name, it carries hints of Italian cuisine due to the harmonious blend of garlic, sweet pepper, and cumin.
