Pork with potatoes, baked under cheese in a frying pan "French style"

40 minutes
Pork with potatoes baked under cheese in a 'French style' skillet is a dish inspired by the elegance of French cuisine but adapted for home cooking. Tender pieces of pork are fried to a golden crust and infused with the aromas of garlic and onion, while golden potatoes add heartiness. The finishing touch is a layer of juicy tomatoes and melted cheese that makes the dish particularly appetizing. It is quick and easy to prepare, making it an ideal option for a cozy family dinner or gathering with friends. The harmony of flavors and aromas, complemented by fresh herbs, transforms ordinary ingredients into a culinary delight that can be served as a standalone dish or paired with a light salad.
