Murgh Kebab is a fragrant dish from Afghan cuisine that combines tender chicken breast with a rich palette of spices. This recipe is rooted in the traditions of Eastern peoples, where meat is cooked over an open flame, giving it a special smoky aroma. After marinating in a mixture of cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper, the chicken becomes flavorful and incredibly tender. The charcoal-grilled pieces have a golden crust and pair perfectly with Afghan bread, fresh green salad, and pickled vegetables. This dish is especially popular at festive gatherings and family dinners, symbolizing hospitality and the warm atmosphere of Eastern cuisine.
