We wash the chicken fillet and cut it lengthwise into 2 steaks.
- Chicken fillet: 1 kg

We pound the prepared steaks with a kitchen mallet, salt, and pepper them.

Then we squeeze the garlic through a garlic press and mash it on both sides.

Place the steaks in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

We peel the carrot and grate it on a medium grater.
