Kamchatka crab cutlets are a true delicacy of Russian cuisine, combining the tenderness of crab meat with the spiciness of mustard sauce. Kamchatka crab has long been valued for its rich texture and sweet taste, and when paired with aromatic spices and fresh ingredients, it creates a dish worthy of the most exquisite feasts. Fried to a golden crust, these cutlets are wonderfully crispy on the outside while remaining soft and juicy on the inside. The mustard sauce, complemented by pickles and lemon juice, adds a pleasant tanginess and balances the rich seafood flavor.
