Salmon with potatoes, asparagus, and pesto sauce is an elegant dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of fish, the richness of potatoes, and the freshness of asparagus. Rich in healthy fats, salmon is perfectly baked to become soft and aromatic, while pesto adds spiciness and herbal flavor. Asparagus adds freshness and lightness to complement the dish's texture. This treat is often found on festive tables but also suits everyday dinners with its combination of healthy ingredients. Baked potatoes make the dish hearty, and their soft, creamy consistency harmoniously blends into the overall composition. This recipe is not only delicious but also nutritious.
